A "New Norm" is being established as we re-adapt to visit our favorite places.

Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have recently been reminded how easily germs and viruses are transmitted and that they’re just about everywhere we go; and as the country begins to heal and businesses to reopen, a New Norm is being established as we re-adapt to visit our favorite places. Customers will be looking for clues about how you are protecting them from germs and viruses, therefore it is essential that businesses implement higher standards of cleanliness, but doing this alone is only 50% of the equation, the other 50% is letting your customers know that you are going the extra-mile for them by showing how exactly you are helping protect their health, and thereby giving them peace of mind. After all, we’re all customers in one way or another, surely you’d feel safer visiting your favorite restaurant knowing that they had gone above and beyond just for you; as a customer, you would feel valued, and that’s what true business is all about, taking care of your customers.

The list of business industries could go on and on, but you get the idea, if you are going above and beyond for your customers, let them know how you are helping protect their health.

As stated earlier, germs are found everywhere we go, below, you will find some examples of what kind of germs are commonly found in business establishments and the areas most affected. You have to assume your customers are doing this kind of research, that they know about this, then you can put their mind at ease by letting them know you are going the extra mile for them, not only by sanitizing your business, but also by doing it without the use of harsh chemicals.

Every business establishment has high traffic areas where germs will certainly be found, such as restrooms, doors, door knobs/handles etc... but in addition to that, there are other areas/objects that can harbor germs just as easily, scroll down to learn more.
